Sign Up for the Backpacks Program
To sign up to receive food assistance from the Backpacks for Kids Program, your child must be enrolled at a Culver City Unified School District (CCUSD) school. Once your form is received, a representative from the CCUSD School and Family Services (SFSS) will contact you.
For help with signing up, please contact sfss@ccusd.org
You can also sign up by printing and completing the form and returning it to your school office.
